Pressure and perfectionism can become all-consuming, and interfere with performance. Failure in college is expensive and losing that scholarship could be detrimental to a student. The pressure of success can take a toll on mental health.

I provide tools and strategies to aid them in their journey of being a collegiate athlete. Helping them with the pressure of success. Ensuring that as collegiate athletes they have the ability to overcome the daily stresses and struggles of being a successful student-athlete.
