Jenny Dudziec is the founder of Jenny D Mindset LLC, a mental performance training company dedicated to helping athletes strengthen their mindset so they can perform at their best. She is also the founder of Inspire U Fitness and the creator of the trademarked apparel line Hang Tough Mentality® – Through Struggle Comes Strength, a sister brand to Jenny D Mindset that brings the concept of mental toughness into everyday life, empowering individuals to wear their strength.

With over 30 years of experience working with athletes and students, Jenny is a Certified Sports Psychology Coach CounselorCertified Neuroscience CoachMental Performance Specialist, and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. She holds a dual degree in Psychology and Sports Science from William Paterson University and has spent more than 15 years specializing exclusively in mental performance coaching. By combining proven mindset strategies with practical tools, Jenny helps athletes build confidence, manage adversity, and unlock their full potential—both mentally and physically.

A former athlete herself, Jenny understands the discipline, resilience, and mental edge required to succeed. She is married to her husband, Glenn—her greatest supporter and best friend—and is the proud mom of two collegiate athletes: Maddie, a military veteran and Ironman competitor, and Bridget, an All-American soccer player who competed Division I at Marist College.

Jenny is also honored to collaborate with her childhood best friend and colleague, Gina, on the development of the Game Changer online course. Together, they bring a unique blend of expertise, passion, and heart, creating a one-of-a-kind learning experience designed to help athletes grow both on and off the field.
